Thank you for your question! We have thousands of customers successfully using the Ligafiba for extracapsular techniques. It is important to use the correct crimping device when using Ligafiba (the 091135M Ligafiba Compound Action Crimping Forceps), which delivers the correct amount of force to the crimp, and which also prevents over-crimping. Correct crimping technique is also very important, as described in the video. Please feel free to contact us for more info on these products
