at what temparature is this bread baked? There is no mention of the temparature in Celcius or in Fahrenheit. Does the temperature stay the same for the first 30 Min. and also for the 15 Min.when it is uncovered? Please let me know! Thank you!
It should be 450°F for 30 minutes covered and 15 minutes at the same temperature uncovered on one rack lower than middle rack. Hope this helps!

I used a 5 - 6 quart Dutch oven, but a 4 quart would work.

Thank you for sharing, my question is how is the bread becomes brown. What is the flour you used.
No problem! 😌 I used all purpose flour. The bread becomes brown due to the high heat that it is baking at. Hope this helps!
Please note that you are supposed to uncover the pot after 30 minutes of baking and bake the bread for another 10 - 15 minutes for the browning of the bread. Thanks for the question!
