I haven’t been to Pagosa Springs, CO since 1977. If it didn’t get so cold for 9 months out of the year, we’d relocate there after retirement. I’d love to see Kent and Marvin Lord again. I know Errol John Lord is now living in Huntington Beach, CA and from what I understand Roger Lord lives on an East Coast. I will always remember their parents Bonnie and John (Johnny) Lord. The whole family were such great people and when we were young, they were great friends. I’d love to show my wife Pagosa. I heard that Kent and Marvin own a Successful private security company in Pagosa.

Would love to know what the selling price is of this magnificent? Looking property. The property is the main thing. So I could build other homes on this property for family members and put a nice big man-made. Lake or pond and put a big big toy box for all my little toys and big toys. Nice property. Please slow down the panning either in the edit or while filming. I don’t get motion sick due to being a delivery driver and co-Pilot for 8 years and watching my phone as co-driver. This video gave me a little bit during the pans.
