This is probably the worst flooring I've ever installed. Takes about 50% longer to install than any other ive done. Such a bad design. It does look good in fairness. But a challenge to lay.

The design of these boards aren’t great at all, no click mechanism makes certain planks extremely difficult to fit. Looks nice though😵‍💫

Take my nightmarish experience of my 59 years of being alive advice!!!!! DO NOT BUY SELECT SURFACES LAMINATE CROM SAM’s. The locking devices are made from pressed paper wood, and will not lock together very good w/o bs gong on it and then your left with gaps on butt end as well long ways. We really screwed up by buying t thinking we were getting a great product!!!! Save a little more mo ry buy a laminate with a hard plastic or real hardwood locking edges. I can peel locking lip off with only my fingernail no pressure. Worst experience of my life as a Handyman, we laid it in ur own house.

Cant thank you enough for this instructive video. i'm curently looking for a good quality laminate in the UK and i can say with certainty that none of the products we have here fulfill half of the criteria you point out. Im desperate. Did the tests you did and none withstood the tests. ;(

Sorry guys your video is incorrect regarding some technical points. Moisture acclimation and overlapping underlay.... The overlapping of a moisture barrier YES but underlay NO. Your video shows underlay.
