I am having some problems with connecting with the bluetooth model of the backpack. I do have a couple of questions: 1. Should I remove the LED Space app and replace it with the LOY Space app? 2. The backpack appears functional and still runs the programs from the previous app, but I can not establish a connection to it. Not with the old app (LED Space) or the new app (LOY Space). Is there a way to fix this? It may have been outside on a 32°C (90°C) day, but it was inactive during the weather. Could the heat have damaged the board?

@welaso I bought 2 of these for Christmas. I believe they are fully charged. But if it is not connected to the charger I get no power. I don't understand why they aren't working correctly.
