Some guy built it for me here in Pretoria.
I agree with you, except that it used to be a beautiful town. Now the lovely gardens and fountains are dry and neglected to a sorry state. No municipal care on the streets with shabby vendors everywhere. Pick pocketer’s have full control of the main street and upmarket shops have moved to the outskirts as vendors filled the pavements. It truly appears to be a dirty town and sorely neglected. Soooo very sad.
You are absolutely right. The outskirts of Tzaneen is what I like Unfortunately the CBD is a mess especially Boxer side and the bus station.
I once visted Tzaneen mall for 4 days, really its a nice province guys, and life is good and simple
I agree everytime I am there, I experience the warmth and Ubuntu. People there are approachable, easy to talk to....free parking at malls...life is so easy! Not a busy life!

What is the procedure of buying land in Limpopo
You can acquire the land from the tribal authorities like chiefs if it's in a village. Alternatively, if it's a suburb, you can contact Property agents for assistance.
Mathlodi it will be cost effective to acquire land from the Tribal Chief there is land apportioned to Chiefs to give to their citizens ****With all the engineers you have in Limpopo boreholes and water won't be a problem in the near future
Please give us the areas as i am interested in buying the land here

It all depends on the area. Villages are cheap, you can get a stand under R2000, but the suburbs are expensive.
