URUSHI WORKSHOP - "An Introduction in practice" by Kenta Takeshige and Simonetta Capetta - 30 June - 18 September 2023 in Milan, Italy.
We are proud to present a practical workshop on Urushi (Japanese for "Asian lacquer") led by Kenta Takeshige and Simonetta Capetta of Guild LacArt Association.
The course is designed for artisans/artists and conservators who would like to learn more about Japanese lacquer materials and technique.
It will take place in Milan in two sessions starting in July 2023 (when the minimum number of participants is reached). The course will be held in English, with the possibility of Italian translation.
