What quadcopter set up are you using? Looks like a DJI phantom. Great work on the video to. I have done a similar thing with the toodyay challenge a couple of months ago.
Yep, the Phantom 2 with gimbal and hero 3+ black, gives me about 20 minutes flight time on each battery. I'm getting better with practice :-)
Oz Macca Nice. I have been running a phantom 2 vision. Just got a 2 axis rotorpixel gimbal a little while ago to run on it. Im still learning mine as well. Looks like you can get more distance as far as FPV goes than i can though.
GTiR1080 Yeah I have gone out to around 1.5 kms but haven't pushed it beyond that. I'm running a Black pearl diversity LCD receiver with a cloverleaf and helical which helps. :-)
Oz Macca You would barely ever need to push past 1.5 kays anyway. Im only getting like 150 metres odd out of mine. But the phantom Vision does do FPV through a Wifi set up, so its nowhere near as stable as what you are using. Still does the job for what i have done with it so far.
