    Great drill I will give it a go when my adductors will open enough. I could just open wide like 100 degre though I have strong hip flexors and my pancake not very bad.

    Yes this is a good exercise to build strength in shoulders for handstand but I hurted my back doing it. Now I find a safe way to do it by engaging my core and pushing away with my shoulders.
