Hey, why don't you upload a video of your bus drivers yelling at passengers and refusing to pick them up because they're 15 feet from the bus stop. Show us real videos of who you nasty people are.

Friendly drivers?!! Bah hahahahaha!!! LIARS!!! You have the most unprofessional, combative, low IQ, childish bus drivers in the entire country. Between strict enforcement of every rule that exists or even doesn't exist that the bus drivers break themselves, picking fights with passengers and escalating every situation, and retaliations on passengers who make complaints ....SunTran bus experiences are no different than what you might expect from 3rd world countries where communist drug cartels run the cities, police and city transit. I literally busted a gut when I heard this video say "friendly bus drivers". LMAO at your lying mouth!!

Why did a suntran bus driver kick everyone off the bus tonight on the number 8 houghton. He was acting aggressive and yelling and kicked everyone off the bus after warning the riders "if one more person says anything Im kicking everyone off" . One person said something and he started screaming and yelling and forced all 8 passengers to leave the bus most of whom were just random riders including my disabled daughter who was left stranded on the side of the road. Why should anyone like that be given any respect.

I have never had using the SunVan to go to someplace but this trip yesterday was a failure. I was told that the driver going would be the same person. When I got my pickup the driver did not know anything about my return from the Hospital. He said that he would not be bringing me home and I should call the reservation when my vaccination was over and I had to stay for 15 minutes and that would make sure to pick me up. The schuttle from the TMC clinic would take me to the parking lot where the Sun Van would pick me up to go home. When my vaccination was done I immediately tried to call the reservation number and found it was closed for the night. I could not take the schuttle because if there was no pick up at the lot, I would be left with no place to get out of the weather. The hospital finally used the Hospital Ambulance for me to get home.
