The system that SmartPodz uses is actually pretty well thought out and designed. However, the customer service end of the company is absolutely horrific. One of the O-rings on my Smartpodz lid liberated itself through the dishwasher and was unrecoverable. Over the last month I have generated numerous emails, used their contact page which has a contact form and even telephoned the company. They have yet to respond. If a company stands behind their product, then they should be readily available to the customers who have purchased. Overall, I would not recommend using Smartpods for your Nespresso reusable containers. If/when you have a problem, it is going to be your problem and not Smartpodz.
