And little kids that get brain cancer and live in pain and agony .....how do they fit into gods family ....
If you are experiencing that right now, it must be incredibly painful. It's understandable to doubt or to question God's kindness and love for us in those types of circumstances, and even to get angry with Him for allowing them to happen. The soul is eternal, and our time here is so brief. In the midst of profound grief and trouble, this thought may not bring much relief. But it is the only context that offers the potential for redemption and understanding.

Seal number 1. How could the symbol of a white horse ever be associated with the AntiChrist? White is always a symbol of righteousness, purity, sinlessness, and perfection. Why would the four living beings in chapter 4, who have been saying day after day and night after night honoring the Lord God Almighty, who is worthy etc. and then they change the subject in chapter 6 to the antichrist and sin? The first seal then must be referencing God, symbolized by a lion a voice like thunder, a bow without an arrow. A symbol of God and his power. He does not need an arrow. He speaks things into being. He will be victorious. Seal number 2. The color red is associated with gross sin. It is the second living creature, the ox a beast of burden in that world, placed the burden of sin upon all mankind. It is the great tribulation. The great tribulation has been since sin came into our world. Romans 11:32 Paul says that the imposition of sin is part of the plan of God. The choices we make have consequences. The third seal, the black horse whose rider carries a scale. A scale can be used to measure food but a scale can also be viewed as a symbol of justice. Why a symbol of justice? Because an injustice has occurred. God made everything perfect. Adam and Eve made in the image of God. Sin came in and we are now living in a world that can never satisfy us because we are made for God and not for this world. If we follow this world, the mark of the beast, we will die. The mark of the beast identified by what we think and what we do. The mark on the forehead and the arm are symbols of what we think and do. What is the nature of the justice. The symbol of bread and oil and wine. Jesus himself said that he was the bread of life and the Oil is the symbol of the Holy Spirit and the wine is a symbol of celebration. Jesus brings justice into the world through his death and resurrection and God sent the Holy Spirit into the lives of all people who trusted in Christ enabling them to live godly lives. 2Peter 1:3-11. There is no reason to believe that he is suggesting a shortage of bread and oil. Jesus the bread of life and the Holy Spirit of God will be totally adequate for being able to live a godly life. The book of Revelation is an Epistle that speaks primarily to what has already happened. What has to happen? Jesus has to return, the judgement will take place, the destruction of the earth and the ungodly will follow.

Thanks Mr Boa! I’m so glad I found your content. Such a blessing and so enriching!!
I look at an ant and see a miracle.
Be nice now so it can be nice later?
I don't think that an "afterlife" is a thing. But I do believe in living daily to bring a much meaning for those around me. Love is all we have and we should share it.

Wonderful and life-giving conversation. Perhaps it is already listed somewhere but I’d love to see some of Ken’s recommended reading in science for those of us with a decidedly liberal arts background.
And what does he command us to do? Obedience how?
Manifest your love for God..
Great conversation!
Amen 🙏🏾
What is the whole series called?
“The currency of heaven is relational.” I love that.

Ken Boa is a master at explaining Biblical concepts in a clear and precise way!
True
Wonderfully insightful and life-giving!
Thank God for these powerful Truths shared.
Amen! Amen! Amen!!!! I felt like I was watching a sermon! This is truth. Thank you gentlemen! May Jesus Christ bless you with health and joy!
amazing!!
He made you holy by means of Christ Jesus (1 Corinthians 1:2) Bow before in holy fear, and then in complete faith pray, “The God of peace make you holy in every way…God who calls you, is faithful, He will do this.” 1 Thessalonians 5:24-25
So teach us to number our days, That we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Return, O LORD, how long? And let it repent thee concerning thy servants. O satisfy us early with thy mercy; That we may rejoice and be glad all our days. (Psalm 90:12-14)
As the reconciliation was dependent on Christ’s doing His part, He calls on the Church to do her part in the accomplishment of the work. (2 Corinthians 5:18)
God Himself must be the one object of our hope and trust in our works, our needs, and our desires. Our hearts must rest on God and His Word to restore, support and strengthen us. (1 Peter 5:10)
We are so grateful for Ken and John. Jim and I felt like you guys were right here in our home carrying on this amazing conversation while we enjoyed every minute. God bless you both to keep on keeping on!
Amazing! Thank you for being so generous with your time!
Thanks guys!!
Human beings do not have personalities, psychological states, egos, self-concepts, etc. Those are pagan "air castles" with no foundation in reality. Communion is a pheromone dispersal protocol, a regular oral vaccination with the pheromone from the priest's kiss. It has civilized Christendom. Nice sermon!
Greetings from Scotland. Great discussion Gentlemen. I read " A Meaningful World " back in 2008. A great book.
Hello and thank You for such clear, precise and loving information - it does get me closer to God <3 just I cannot find the second part. Could You share it ?
Such anointed passion. Thanks so much guys for the encouragement!!
this is very insightful. appreciate the content, Dr. Boa.

This is great, clarifying teaching, Dr. Boa. We love your teaching at First Redeemer on Friday mornings, also, btw. "Age conspires with God to focus us", indeed!
Bring My sons from far way And My daughters from the ends of the earth, Everyone who is called by My Name, Whom I have created for My glory. Isaiah 43:6-7 The Great Commission- Jesus’s last Word. It’s a command. 💕🥰
Jonathan Edwards expressed it this way: It appears reasonable to suppose, that it was God’s last end, that there might be a glorious and abundant emanation of his infinite fullness of good ad extra, or without himself; and that the disposition to communicate himself, or diffuse his own fullness, was what moved him to create the world.
Bring My sons from far way And My daughters from the ends of the earth, Everyone who is called by My Name, Whom I have created for My glory. Isaiah 43:6-7 The Great Commission- Jesus’s last Word. ❤
Scripture, as a whole, teaches that God brought the universe and everything in it into existence to magnify His own glory. The creation of all these things serves as a testament to His glory, love, grace, mercy, wisdom, power, and goodness (see Psalm 8:1; 19:1; 50:6; 89:5, among other verses).
God says nothing to me. I am a lost cause as is the situations in my life. My meaning my love my heart and soul never meant anything and god left me here to experience suffering. I need to rip out the feeling I get when I see people suffering. It hurts me, I need to accept that’s god will to hurt people.. I need to except that my efforts are meaningless and have brought me nothing good to build upon for a life that filled with love and truth and loyalty and family.. I see that I am hated by Jesus and god for being me.. I don’t harm anyone but I am a failure as a father son and brother, I’m a shit boyfriend and friend and employee. What I’ve encountered was meant to hurt me and it did..now what..suicide.. prayer doesn’t do anything but torment my mind more. So now 😅
This is a wonderful presentation of the truths of our identity in Jesus Christ.
Absolutely riveting throughout - so much wisdom and guidance - a blessing. Thank you, Dr Boa!
Wow, so good!!❤✝️
