Strange, i have the same specs but game super laggy in town due to crowed
My PC might pe faster because I did a few settings. I used some scripts to remove any program that i don't use. Like paint, note pad, notes and programs like this. Plus the fact that I installed the game on M2.
U have less fps because you have more people in town. This video shows low population in town, sometimes it gets really full.

what kind of fps do you get on 1080p?
Just did this today and it's between 180 -250. To be honnest i didn t like how it looks the game on 1080p. It's totally different

Idk if its low but im only getting around 70 fps with 7800x3d 7900gre but its on 3440x1440p monitor,maybe thats what causing lower fps.What kind of monitor do u use?
hes not using addons no weak auras , plater, details addons have a big impact on your performance specially weakauras tortures the CPU

as expected the game is CPU-Bound AF even in normal open world areas, hope there's a way to lower cpu usage like reducing number of things on screen and such

Yes it is! A bit impressed to be honnest. U will se a big difference between this setup and my new setup (4070ti Asus Rog and Amd 5800x)
only in open spaces, now go on crowded places and cities, with 7900 XTX and 7 5800X3d i get like 100fps to 400fps, i'm sure you are not even à 60fps with this config

I can tell you from previous plays that there will be 70-90 with high settings and dlss on ultra performance in Vienta Village. :)
