A lot people are commenting about how this was featured on the American show first. Actually, this season of SYTYCD Canada occurred in 2010, prior to when it was utilized in the American show in 2013. It's a lovely piece and could be approached in different ways. It was neat to watch both performances because they were different.

I watch SYTYCD America and I still think this was the best routine I've seen from her.

this routine was good but I preferred the American version way more because Sean made it more challenging and I felt it was danced better by jasmine and Alan

To be fair to Sean, I don't think *he* re-used the routine, I think the producers probably *asked* him to use it. They did the same thing in the UK version- several pieces that were first done on the US version were showcased. It would have been nice to say something like, "We saw this on the Canadian version and loved it so much..." but I don't think Sean was trying to pull a fast one or anything. Oh, and the Canadian version is miles above the other, for me.

I thought Sean's routine tonight was familiar. Janick and Jeff were waaaaay better in it!! I loved this routine.

i'm not saying it's not a brilliant work of art, and i KNOW the dancers could not hold this caliber of singing while dancing this piece lol i just think some of the power in this song is watching the live singers...it's a never-ending, beautiful circle of art.

Actually, I think this situation is just perfect as it is. I'm a musical theatre addicted too, but this particular piece is just plain perfection. I think that singing would be overdoing it.
