Your hair looks a different color in this video.
@@brookhowell8841 I know, I thought how much you can see grey hair!!!!
@Emmaslifeinnorfolk sorry, didn't mean that... I meant it was more gingery than I had realized
@brookhowell8841 that's ok, I think it's the light outside on my recording.
PS if you invested in a microphone it would be like watching an episode of Love Your Garden❤
I'm trying this. I need to get a big terracotta pot❤😊
Will be so lovely to see these come up 😍
@@holly782 yes I'm looking forward to Spring time ❤️
I am interested to see how this does the coming growing season. I am not good with plants and if this works then I plan to try it next year! On my bucket list to teach myself to plant container gardens. Thanks and please remember to update us when it grows.
@@lisamalone5988 thanks for the comment, I plan to do a clip later showing them as they come up, they won't all flower at the same time though...
Desperately need to get out to mine when I can, lots of leaves for the children to collect in their wheelbarrow 😅
@@holly782 😍🍁🍂🍁🍂 It's been colder here so I'm running out of time to finish off!
HI Emma, I love watch you garden. I too enjoy gardening. I am in a Australia so it is Spring here and the weather is getting hotter and so I try and garden in the early morning or in the evening. Thank you for your other channel too. I think we tidy in a similar way so find watching you so motivating.
@@KylieMeikle wonderful to think that you are getting ready for summer as we put our gardens to bed for winter! Really pleased you find me motivating 😍💐
Oh my what a treat, me getting to watch another channel of my favourite TH-camr! 😍🙏
@@holly782 aww you're sweet and kind
Hi Emma! How are those purple daisies called? They are lovely!
@@komorebiha1169 I call them Michaelmas daisies they are tall with small flowers and lovely to flower in the Autumn time 💐💐
Hi Emma. I loved the video! I live in north Texas. My garden looks so different from yours. I would love to have a lush green garden with flowers. Thank you for sharing.
@@terrivandeberg6040 thanks for your kind comment you are lovely
Your planter and pumpkins look gorgeous!
@@sallybombally41 thank you ☺️
Its so relaxing watching you water your garden with the sound of the birds in the background.❤❤❤
The lovely birds. Lots of insects for them.
What town in Italy were you looking at?
We were looking at a few towns in Abruzzo.
Hello Emma! Be careful buying old houses in Italy because often they have historical value and you can't modify them. Sorry, I don't know how to say it in English or if you have this type of rules too. Just a heads up! 😊 Ramona
@@komorebiha1169 thank you Ramona, my heart said yes, but my head said no!
❤❤❤❤❤
I had to laugh because part way through your video I got a text from my mom asking if I wanted to learn how to use the riding lawn mower. It was great fun riding it with my grandpa when I was little, but I don't recall ever cutting grass on it myself. We have a sprinkler system in our yard and I'm not sure how careful I would have to be to not hit the heads, so I prefer to use the push mower.
I have great memories of picking raspberries and blackberries in our yard when I was a child. Then we'd also pick blueberries when we went to visit family in Maine. Great job mowing and cleaning up! ☺
Good morning Emma. You might be able to put you electrical cord across your your clothes line or use shepherd hooks plant holders to hold your cord out of your way a little. I bought a battery powered string trimmer and I love it. I love your flower garden!
Hello Emma 😊 what's the fuzzy plant in the green house on the left? Is always magical to see your garden! Have a nice week❤
Could it be my snow towers? 😊
I don't know 😅 haven't found anything with that name. Is the one with the fuzzy stem and some leaves on top. You can see it at 8:37 😁
@komorebiha1169 maybe my daughter's bunny tail grasses
You had mentioned getting a second car on your other channel. Where would it be parked?
Hi there, it would be the drive at the side of our house
Hello! Excited to see your new video. Yes, moving rock is exhausting! Just curious if you've ever considered using a natural fungicide on your wood stand while you wait for it to dry out. I added a new video for you to see some of our CRP, especially the milkweed. I will try to add another video when it's not so humid and I can walk along.
I've never heard of natura fungicide! Going to check out your video 😍😍
I can't comment on your video as you've set it for children. Is that your path around your farm. Looks amazing 😍🤩😍🤩
Oh...thanks for the tip about the video! This is a bit of the south side of our farm.
Hi, Im here from your other channel, love your garden. ❤
Thanks Tracey 😍
Hi Emma- Your flowers are so beautiful! I enjoy seeing your garden. We have a similar weed liner in our backyard underneath a stone path that needs to be redone. The stones are heavy flat ones so we will need to hire someone to fix. How fantastic that your greenhouse plants are doing so well! 😊❤🐦
Yay a new video! 🎉😊 Have you ever considered block paving for your driveway? Even just for the strip where you park the car. That liner would drive me mad!
When we were in Iowa the neighbor had a beautiful cherry tree. I am a member of Nebraska through the Lens page on Facebook and someone to share their beautiful cherry tree. I think you had mentioned that you have fruit trees and I was curious which kind you have.
I was trying to see your goldenrod. It is the state flower of Nebraska. We do not have any blooming yet. The milkweed is really coming out and white yarrow. The rest of the native flowers I don't know how to identify. Even if your family laughs at you, I am impressed with how you are a good steward and conservator. I really appreciate you slowing down and saying the words so I could research which plant you are referencing.
Thanks Brook. Do you like being outside? Our golden rod won't flower until the very end of summer. It spreads so quickly!
I was telling Mom today that I don't even recall what the stem of goldenrod looks like before it flowers. I do like being outside, and hardly spent any time inside the house when I was a child. But I now have a health condition that causes flares if I am out in very hot or very cold weather for long. Today it has been simply beautiful! We are supposed to get five days of rain in a row starting tomorrow.
Tidy job on the hedging 😊
Thanks I love using the little hedge trimmer!
I love puns! Even more I love your pants! Our local farmers market is in the morning and she shared that she has kohlrabi on offer I have never had it before!
Roast them 😀 You can use the leaves too. I like kohl Rabi and Jerusalem artichokes roasted 🍠
P.s they are my summer time trousers!
Nice to see that you got some sun! There was a tornado near us two nights ago. We had to go down in our basement for a few minutes to wait for it to leave our area. Some homes in Maryland got seriously damaged by falling trees during multiple tornados and some people had to get pulled out of their homes. Luckily no one was killed. It was a scary night. It's pretty rare to get them here in Virginia.
That sounds really scary. Do all houses have a basement?
@@Emmaslifeinnorfolk Many US houses do but not all. In some states/areas fewer houses have basements. Where we live most single family homes have them but most townhomes do not. (Single family means the home isn't attached to another home on the sides. Townhouses are attached on one or both sides like row houses.)
In the Midwest US most houses have basements. My bedroom is actually in the basement at the farm!

Lovely garden, so much to see and do. Do you have a pond area?
I have a little area for frogs but I'd like a little stream with a pump ☺️
Nice job! I love the archway. It looks great! Do you find gardening relaxing? I was recently reading about how its very good for your health. 🌲🌳🌲🌳
Yes I love it!
We had delphinium on our wedding cake!
Wow, beautiful flower
Hi Emma! Lovely tour of your beautiful garden! You can put a link to this 2nd channel in the about of your first channel. I've seen others do that. 🌳🌻
