Great question! Meaning, how long lymph nodes can remain enlarged after active EBV? It depends on many factors…. If the spleen was/is enlarged and the integrity of one’s health in general. EBV can linger so associated disease processes must be ruled out as well.

Thank you. That was really excellent. I am coming out of a long time of inactivity followed by a series of accidents. I put in 5 minutes for senior beginners and most of the classes were painful with lots of things that even seated I couldn't do easily. This had a great build up. I feel so much better. This will be my go to until I progress to longer and more. Fabulous

I have heard some that teach only through the nose and others teach inhale through the nose and out through the mouth. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
