Yes, it is still available! Current price is $475,000.
It’s very nice. And the structure seems very sound. But the overall look seems a bit dated. Maybe, after a “facelift “, this place will really shine.

A very good and special presentation which is missed by most other agents! More people should watch this unique and interesting Frisco presentation which shows missed Frisco jewel ! As far as I know, city of Frisco is planning and working on further expansion and improvement of Frisco Rail district! Let's see the improvement next couple of years!
