great stuff man! some little suggestions to improve your playing skills: try practicing with a met, even though you kept time pretty well it's always incredibly helpful when you're practicing on your own. Also, depending on if your school/group marches traditional or not you may want to switch to that on snare, but it's not really a huge change. Finally, try to keep your palms facing the drum to the best of your ability on tenors, it'll help your wrists not get injured. You sound great on the tenors though, and playing zones looked super good! Keep it up brother 🥁

what do you recommend for a tenor pad?
100% a vic firth quadropad. it's not cheap but its the most realistic feeling one in my opinion.

You guys sound really good! I love hearing the perspective of marching. I’m in front ensemble, and I enjoy just like watching what it’s like to march. I also think it’s kind of off putting because we have 240 people in our band, and we always joke abt how the smaller ones sound cooler. Keep it up!
