Buddha The Perfectly Self-Enlightened One
Every passing day we see and hear things that spell the imperfections of life, but we seem oblivious of this reality and keep seeking success, excellence and perfection whilst being deeply flawed within.
What make us imperfect are the defilements that harbour in our mind, such as greed, anger, delusion, jealousy, avarice, conceit, hypocrisy, arrogance, etc. Buddha achieved enlightenment by eradicating all these defilements without the guidance of any teacher and is therefore known as "Sammāsambuddha"-The Perfectly Self-Enlightened One.
In this Dhamma talk we discuss how Buddha's conduct in life mirrored the perfection he achieved through enlightenment and the state of his mind which was free of greed, anger, delusion and other defilements.

A Buddhist told me to listen to this because I tend to attract negative entities regularly due to my mental health and sleep has been difficult due to this (nightmares/sleep paralysis and the feeling of something being stood over me). The first time I fell asleep to this I had the deepest, most wonderful sleep I've ever had. I also listened to it as I fell asleep last night - and again, a deep peaceful sleep.
