With many cancellations for parkrun this week, I ventured to one of the only ones in the West Midlands on- Brunswick Park! A lovely 3 lap course normally but today was the B course taking in 4.5 laps instead! This week, we celebrate my running clubs Couch to 5k Graduation at Dudley parkrun! A massive pleasure to help coach and support people in going from no running at all to 5k in just 9 weeks. As always, thanks to every volunteer and the core team for putting on parkrun- we couldn't do it without you!
