Hola... si... habitualmente la recomendación es que se operen la.vesicula después de un episodio de estos (coledocolitiasis)

@@edsonguzmancalderonbuenas Doctor, una pregunta porque se produce los cálculos, por mala alimentación, por poco consumo de agua?? A que se debe??
Dr. Edson, felicitaciones por el video. quiero consultarle, si en dos CPRES, se produjo pancreatitis, yo creo que a no es recomendable, pero aún existe obstrucción en la via biliar, pregunto cual sería el camino para corregir este problema?
Depende del tipo de obstruccion, quizas un abordaje y drenaje ecoendoscopico podria ser la solución, o bien un abordaje percutaneo por radiologia intervencionista. Pero siempre dependiendo de la causa y el tipo de obstrucción

Muchas gracias Cristian.. a mi parecer FNA o FNB son inncesarios es estestosis pancreatica si es que no le aporta el resultado alguna relevancia clinica.
@@edsonguzmancalderon la relevancia clínica es pérdida de peso e insuficiencia pancreática exocrina.
@@cristianpereira2056 la situación cambia en ese caso, pues puede haber.una pancreatitis crónica, y si podría ser de utilidad la toma de la biopsia dependiendo de que haya habldo una buena evaluacion estructural pancreática.
