The sweet is called jaggery, the purest form of sugar it’s just made from sugar cane juice no add up, it’s used as a sweetener for tea and other stuff but we Pashtoon just add nuts to make it better while eating it with green tea qahwa. You can find this sweetener in all super markets in UK as found it in Asda and mostly in Asian (Indian,Pakistani) shops.

Im from new Zealand I stayed in Peshawar for 2 months . fell in love with the people . i randomly meet your guild very nice guy. recommend spending longer than a few days to much things to see in a few days. went in secrete tunnels under the old city that had a entrance in a friend i meet home, which was cool. the locals are extreme in their kindness. found it hard to pay half the time people just randomly pay your bills.

You see in pakistan the population is so huge so diverse that the ratio of people not getting educated is much of deal. .. so these people just like too get things done what there brain tells them so dont worry...there are two sides there little modernize aswell and good places like bazaar you are in old parts..
