A quite bizarre moment during Oxford Open Doors day (www.oxfordopendoors.org.uk/). All Souls' College had opened their usually-closed doors and had also provided a brass band for the occasion in the main quad.
One of the numbers chosen by the Chalgrove Brass Band was a reworking of Madness' Baggy Trousers, which juxtaposed wonderfully against the austere surrounds of All Souls.
