Sunshower was not nerfed, it was a bug correction that he had extra damage from the sins consumed

yi sang's sunshower was never nerfed, just bugged, capote meursault was bugged too, they literally made sunshower yi sang a WAW because it was still strong without the bug

the damage was a bug with how the calculation worked but it's still strong after the correction, and honestly the change to WAW is a buff to yi sang since it doesn't compete with Dimensional Shredder anymore

don't worry too much about it. the only things it really effects is RR and Walpurgis. mirror dungeon is a sandbox and story mode usually has easy strategies associated with it. rr and walpurgis give pittance compared to MD3, so just make sure to do your weeklies and you should be fine.

@@Tilde_Shii i could test it, and it will probably do a lot of damage. Just to clarify, bloody mist DOES affects egos, and in mersault's case you could even use regret. The only real think that don's ego does better is attack weight, but i also wonder hoe much damage mersault's ego could do

@blazz_freig I know for a fact Meur's single target potential is very high, it just needs some bleed stack. And as you've said, there's also regret. I completely forgot about it since I don't have it.

@@somebodyoncetoldme1141 i have a theory that the sheer amount of broken lust stuff (for now, both yearning mircalla and contempt awe, also ring yi sang and red eyes ryoshu) will viabilize garden of thorns for a resonance team. I really think that if garden of thorns changed their sin affinity to match the resonance it would be one of the best ego of the game, easily, but for now it is only worth for lust resonance

@@speleothem4682 it has some issues: first beign expensive as fuck, costing 2 of every ressource. Then there is the fact that it is built for matching with any resonance, but the fact that it is lust will mess up the resonance chains that are not lust, which gets worse in focused encounters that are limited to 6 slots. And after thar there is the sp issue: today, every waw ego have either a sp recover tool (sunshowet and blind obsession) or have their sp cost divided along 3 turns, while garden of thors rip out gregor's sp all at once and don't have any way to help him recover it. If theese 3 issues are solved in a possible future threadspin 5, this ego will be absolute BONKERS

@@dis_panda5010 remember this guy has 5 different parts You gotta take the 1480 and divide it by 5 Which is 296 damage per part (it still is a lot)

@@alexanderartaza2173 the dmg calculations are on the description, but it's really unfair to not consider the aoe, or else egos like blind obsession suddenly deals like 50 to 80 dmg to a vulnerable enemy, which is really low

@@dis_panda5010 maybe, tbh, can't think of any fight (in mirror dungeons) that would last long enough to fulfill all the conditionals and the enemy would not be dead at this point

It’s definitely a boost but I usually find the idea of bleeding an enemy for over 400 health To be well on the enemy to be super dead If we get a higher sustain enemy or K Corp super units I could see the damage being the final nail against them
