最近呢半年我都研究緊奶茶，不過我用茶葉嘅。Lipton yellow label 25%, 捷榮幼茶50%，中粗茶例如MS Bold or 車仔25%. 90幾度嘅水先焗八分鐘，再撞八次再煲滾，加花奶，禮成。因為唔想胃太辛苦我係48g tea leaves 1.5L 水。 原本應該90g . 比例－樣。總之有幼茶，粗茶同Lipton, 沖出來琥珀紅色就差不多。灘凍再放雪櫃又可做凍檸茶
