    Ross Greene’s book The Explosive Child appears to be talking about vulnerability from the other side of the issue. He talks about what happens to children who have difficulty with what he calls expectations and when they do they act out. Adults may not act out (explode or implode) but we still have difficulty doing some basic things and not doing them can hold us back from success or happiness.

    With all due respect, the Intellect does not dismember you off from your true nature. Intellect is a part of your total human nature. It is a very important part of your true nature. The Intellect is the rational faculty of your soul. The Intellect (Al Aql) and the Heart Consciousness or Intuition (Al Qalb) have to be balanced.

    • @mastermindcontent333
      @mastermindcontent333 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, you are right and thanks for raising the point...the intellect is part of our true nature but only in our ability to reason and rationalise. This is the faculty of the soul and is needed in order to transcend ego. But when we don't reason or rationalise, the intellect drowns out instinct, so the part of the personality that is trying to make itself known to the ego is cut off, dismembered. When that happens we don't achieve self-awareness. In which case the wounded Sage dismembers the part of the personality that is buried in unconscious. I trust this clarifies my point more succinctly.

      @mastermindcontent333 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm sorry to hear that Dymitry but I also know how you feel. I suspect one of your dominate archetypes is the Creator. This energy prompts you to distance yourself from people rather than trying to make connection and fit in. But like the Everyman, the Creator wants to fit in but you struggle because you recognise you are different to everyone else. People don't share your worldview because you see things they don't see. The Creator is a dominant archetype for me also, but developing the qualities of the Everyman can help you to connect with like-minded people. The first thing I will recommend for you is to accept yourself for who you are, but also accept others for how they are. You can't change other people, but you can change how you perceive yourself. If your worldview is different from others, you probably have a lot of wisdom to share. The Creator usually does! You may want to join the Master Mind Content Facebook group to meet with like-minded people and share your wisdom.

      For what it's worth, in some cultures one is not considered 'A Adult' until the age of 50. For those 'too young', All decisions of greater 'scope' (are well) 'council and permission' must be saught for 'approval'. The thinking being: why should the limited discretion 'tax' a being. It is too taxing a expectation to hoist such things on those without the experience 'of maturity'. I laugh, at that which may/does translate as restrictive, until a body being is 50, takes the turns the tide of a physiological, there is the meeting of 'a new dawn' - meaning after 50 its a AH-HA moment. Where what resides of the body after 50 (in the body) makes greater sense 'in the long run'. My belief, that that applies, and that magnifies, no matter how our gifts are spun. The richer for The richer... Maturity is A physiological, in as much as anything else. Upon arrival, one recognizes why they (these called 'later days') are referenced as: 'The Golden ONES'. Point 'Being', The Space wherein the WONDEROUS is a harmonious sum of some. SAGE __________ (recently, i caught a blurb: that they took a vile of the chemistry of The Elderly and Maturity, the hormones that we don't know until our steps have reached that rung... and... according to the sniffer, it had the whiff of cucumbers. This is sort of a side note, yet 'the smell of cucumbers' in aromatherapy when used in perfumes is said to have a effect of rendering 'a sense of calm'. I will say that again, it delivers a sense of CALM. - it just interesting.)
