Why would anyone be in a 90 degree bank maneuver 50 feet off the ground? Maybe they had an engine failure and were trying to get back to the runway. Also, the vertical stabilizer was sheared off by the power line and then reappears attached to the tail at the crash site?

Ah, the old "lets fly under the power lines" trick. Except he didn't see the second line about 40 feet below the top set of lines. You see the starboard wing shear and leave a leave a huge fuel vapor trial as he passes. Probably what prevented any impact fire. Hope no one on the ground was injured. RIP pilot.

When crop dusting, we want to be wings level when going into a field where there might be wired, either to go under a known wire or to be in the best position to attack a hidden wire. We want to attack the wire in a nose down attitude using potential energy of altitude converted to airspeed. I have cut service wires like in this video twice. Both times they were cut with the prop, even though I had cutters on the windscreen and gear.
