During the Ford RideLondon-Essex bike race yesterday, I stopped at my 25th mile at the beautiful town of Epping, having been invited by Epping Forest District Council to play. I entertained the buoyant crowds with some boogie woogie, before setting of on my way for the rest of the race, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. #cycling #piano #performance #racing #public

W H O A .... An especially good one. Frustrating that people watching on have no idea of goes into what they are seeing. When I once said to my neighbour how I was struggling with a piece, she relied, Don't you just do it? Unsure how long I stared at her before fumbling out some words that "no, you don't "just do it". I wish more people realised how incredibly skilled you all are.
