Took out the Kayak but the launch for the lake and all possible entrance locations were tied up with a huge event. I had two good practice days and a very poor tournament for the NVKBA Battle of Five Lakes. I had this happen numerous times this past weekend, along with poor hooksets, also the weather has been super crazy. We're in a drought here in Danville, 4 inches low for the year on the water table, everywhere I fish the water level is really low.

Do you know how often FLW has a tournament on the Potomac?
I don't know off the top of my head. I know the Shenandoah Division and Northeast Division of the FLW Phoenix BFL hold at least one in each season on the Potomac. This year, the Shenandoah is holding three on the Potomac. Our next is July 25th.
One more week till we're aloud to fish for them here, can't wait !!!! Good stuff buddy! Subbed, throw a sub back if ya can! Tight lines.
