Did you give birth barefooted or socks in the hospital bed momma

I wasn't believed either about being in labour, by the time they checked me I was already 10cm!! Shocking how they don't believe us!

Thank you for sharing your story. If you have another baby, consider birth center or home birth. Your body did an amazing job during first-time labor - this is really short period to go from 0 to 10 cm dilation. If you hadn't been made to wait and labor in a waiting room you would have also had more energy and been less tired, and if you were allowed to push in different positions that are not on your back, it would have helped her descend gentler and better. Also it was probably too early to start pushing altogether. All in all, your body is amazing and you were so brave! Congrats on your motherhood!

Thank you for sharing your story- I had a similar first two weeks where I couldn't move around much and I was stressed about my stitches healing everytime I adjusted. Not to mention how much harder it made taking care of our little girl. I'm grateful to know I'm not alone and have a lot of hope seeing how well you are doing now. I wouldn't go mad with Muslins, I hardly ever used them and I had tons. If you don't have a sicky baby you probably won't use them much xx

26 pounds for shampoo might seem a lot compared to drug store shampoos but I found it really worth it for the brand I used! You only need to use like an amount of a sprout and if you train your hair with it as well (perfect time now as we are all in lockdown), you only need to wash your hair with it once a week! So it lasts you forever! I would say definetly worth a try! <3
