What do you mean by cam component? If you want to add camera functionality to your electronic projects, yes a camera like OV or ESPcam is needed. Or you can use your phone cam.

You don't need any PCB for this project. You can use the ESP32 controller. And directly connect the LED to the GPIOs. Otherwise you can follow the link in the description. I'll add a schematic diagram today in the same repo. Thanks.
