I’m done with Jamaica. I rented my house to a family there but where a bed was upstairs burned a holes in the floor and roof and I got a report from fire department saying, according to the extent of the fire they’re unable to determine the cause. The Tenant’s text me saying they were downstairs and didn’t smell smoke but the Neibour smells coming through their windows and doors then called the fire department now, they move out and I’m unable to get an investigation done on those tenants by the fire department. Can someone help me to get an inspection and investigation done?
