On a serious note,l must say everyone needs to cut their coat according to their sizes.Meaning don’t give birth to more than you can cater for. Back in naija we have relatives that we can easily drop our kids with while we go on with our daily lives or nanny.But here,it’s billings per hour,even if u come a min late for pick up,you will be charged one hour,unless d childminder is a familiar person.

I explained to my ward manager that I can only do nights or maybe weekend long day because my husband works mon-fri 8-5pm and she was kind with my rota, my daughter attends 2year old provision at her brothers school and we pay 10£ per day and 12£ extra if we want her to stay full day which is much better than the daycares that charge per hour, the Lord is our strength in this King Charles country oh

The private nursery I saw for my daughter is £66 per day, me I just run 4-40

You see that “we studied our roasters” you mentioned, na the real deal here. The painful part is that you can’t even carry your child to work here. My husband will be working onsite this Thursday, I have to step down this Thursday to be there for our daughter because childcare…. Weldone, you are making the process even seem easy with the way you are handling everything.
