Cadillac needs to get sued for the way they ran that cable and/or do a recall and free replacement. I’ve worked on cars and in industry long enough to know that wasn’t the only way or the best way it could have been done. Isn’t it interesting how that just happens to be the part that fails on these? Btw, the pump I ordered on Amazon had a different shaped plug to the differential. Didn’t work. I used one from a junk yard (cut the wires). Still need to clear the code though + I didn’t top off the oil.

Going to try to fix this on my mom's Altima. The quote they gave her says "mode door actuator flap inside the HVAC case is broken. whole HVAC case replacement needed" But would replacing this fix the issue?

Suppose i change my tyre size from 215/70/16 to 245/70/16 Do i have to put old tyre measurement and the current one to adjust my speedmeter accuracy? And what are the procedures to calibrate speedometer reading to match current tyre size?

So my reservoir is empty but I don't know how much coolant is in the radiator and I keep hearing the fan come on. So I have 3 questions, 1) can I fill it using the air cap in front? 2) if so will I see the fluid start to back up into the reservoir once the radiator is filled? 3) I had to remove and tilt my reservoir for it to travel the line to go into the radiator, should my radiator be full of fluid to the point I would see it through the air cap hole?

Just helped my mothers dodge caravan doing an oil change. I saw the transmission area wet just like yours, I followed the leak, and it does in fact look like the transmission cooler line.

I got rid of that code and i got a p0934 after that code went away. Do think something was left not connected. It transmission line low circuit code

my understanding is 30w per litter of oil 250w pad is too strong for your car?150w is more like it.

Thanks! I was having trouble tracking this one down. Heat shields were all tight. Separated the flange and the gasket was just about non-existent. Your ratchet strap trick worked perfectly. The nuts on my flange were rusted away so I chiseled them off and put locking flange nuts in there stead along with the new flange hardware. No more chity chity bang bang.
