Thank you for bringing this up. I’m actually going to consider a persuasive speech on why you shouldn’t photograph or videotape while on rides. These amusement parks have signs reminding guests that they are can be subject to getting dismissed from these premises if caught using a phone or camera on these rides, especially per state and federal laws regarding loose items. In Missouri that has Worlds of Fun and Silver Dollar City, that ban on loose items went into effect on 1/1/05 shortly before TH-cam was founded. In some states like Ohio and Virginia, they require people to put their belongings in lockers before the queue lines if they’re rides that exceed 70 MPH. And just like what TPC says, videos of people illegally using their phones or cameras while on rides are shaky and flat-out unwatchable.
