Grateful for my education
I’ve been thinking a lot about my college education & how it’s effected me. I am so grateful for the growth I expected from going away to school.

I am so grateful for those people in my life that are true genuine supporters! The people that have loved me through my mistakes without judgement and just helped pick me up when I fell. They have shaped so much of who I am just by being who they are! I am eternally grateful to have them in my life! They are FAMILY!!

So many innocent ppl died on this day in 2001. I want to remember them & all those that came together to try to save them. I feel blessed to be alive today with the gift of living today to its fullest!

Weight update for August 2019

Had an AMAZING vacation last week in Ocean City, Maryland. Allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted. Results 4-5lb gain. I’m getting back on track. Focusing on positivity & loosing weight in my brain as well! Need to get my head right first!!

Growing old isn’t always easy! I have struggled with aging recently, diagnosed with illnesses, my body doesn’t do what it used to but many don’t get this privilege! Many don’t get to experience any of the good as well!! I am blessed to be able to wake up & live each day to its fullest!!

Some how your channel was not sending me updates that you posted. Music is so wonderful. That’s why is one of the last things to go for patients with Alzheimer’s. It brings them comfort and peace. You will see smiles and toe tapping. When I’m helping fellow cancer patients pass I bring music in. It helps calm them during their transition during the stages of death. Hearing is our last sense to leave us. I want those warriors to here Choirs of angels to be heard if they love church hymns or Somewhere over the rainbow bring peace and joy to the family and the patient in hospice care.❤️

I had extreme exhaustion which was the big tell for me, the pain I wrote off as so many other things but that's a big part of the lupus. Hair loss & joint pain were big tells too! I told my docs that it does run in mty family so they put it on the blood work to check. I have 2 positive rounds of blood work showing it. I hope for your sake its not but there are worse things. I do encourage you to go to the doctor if you feel something is off. Early detection is so important with so many things!! Plse keep me posted.

Please try Keto. I think this will work for you. I had lapband 8 years. Lost and regained. Been on keto for 8 months and I’m down 36 lbs. I too am a very slow loser. But it’s working. For me.
