@jamesbackwards415 The didn't give me a reason for the rejection. I just received an email saying it was rejected. My authority has been active for over 6 months. I'm just looking for options.

@@darealalgeezz4943 there are definitely certain pallets per stop on the route sometimes you get zero pallets per stop as well… I have a video covering what to do when you come across that. The app tells you the address per stop either post office, other Amazon facilities or B2B stops

@@kimaraization thank you for your comment but maybe something was lost in translation I said to pick your loads as if you have 12 pallets each time. 12 pallets are the maximum amount of pallets allowed on your 26ft boxtruck.
