There was a time when I would have appreciated a video like this one. I simply want to share the way I swap inserts on my Rolex 16700. While I do it I take the opportunity to clean the watch a bit. Most likely the procedure is the same for other Rolex models.

My friend Arvid inherited this watch from his great grandfather. Now Arvid turns 40, what a great opportunity for me to restore this timepiece to a good condition to be further worn for generations to come.
