Megaman 8 will always be one of my favorites. I remember my dad got it for me when i begged him at toys r us. I dont think i had any megaman games but i had played them at my friends for years. I was so hyped. It did not dissapoint me. I can understand the hate but i was very young when i got it. I had the "coolest" megaman game in the neighborhood. Was cutting edge back then. The graphics and style was so cool back then for kids ❤

For those still wondering, no, the project is NOT cancelled. I WILL code this video game when I have a stable enough living situation that I can feel good about and as soon as all of the garbage going on in my real-life events is caught up. I'm not planning on letting this get game die before I do, so the only way this won't release fails to happen __is if the game dies with me.__
I'm 13 months late, but I'm still going. This project is either going to happen or it'll die with me. I don't plan on dying before the game's out and my great grandkids go to college.

Sorry for the late reply!! To tell you the truth, it's still not out, but I'm not giving up!! At this point, the majority of what I'd need is to learn how to program the game, or at least how to pay someone else to do so! I almost certainly can say at this point that the rest relies solely on my ability to make the game actually a game and not just music, art, gameplay ideas, and a huge storyline. I genuinely appreciate your interest! I hope to not disappoint! It means a lot to me, thank you~ - Fade

I uh.... I don't know if this revelation should be viewed as a clever easter egg put in by the X6 makers or a stupendous level of laziness and unoriginality- (Remembers inufane didn't make X6) DEFINETLY THE SECOND ONE.
Inafune really should not be used as a benchmark. He had about as much involvement with X5, but I never hear this kind of nonsense about that game reusing and remixing stuff.
@@lpfan4491 He literally had NO involvement with X6. Capcom made it while he was on break over the summer, it was made in less then 90 days, he only learned of it from a press release!
@@Phoenixesper1 Exactly why I said "about as much as X5". He had to legitimately request the team to make that game a grand finale, he just straight up had no actual role in production.
I'm very unsure for one why this video suddenly has 8000 people viewing it holy good lordy goddamn, but for another thing I don't know why we need to argue over it Even if Inafune didn't make X6 because he was on vacation, he at least got to tell his fellas "hey finish the X series with X5 pls ok thank" and then someone decided they wanted to rp as Mr. Krabs and they made X6 Like I'm gonna be real with y'all, this literally is a sad situation but at the same time, despite Inafune being absolutely not involved with it, who's to say what he has done is all that much better? He shouldn't be used as a benchmark when he's _alone_, at least. I never knew how to feel about the idea of MN9, but my god...he absolutely turned his entire reputation into sand, so it could've been a lot of things that put 2001 Capcom in a similar spot. For instance, making a good 6th game with only 9 months lmfao

No clue, but I definitely WILL be trying to. I genuinely and honestly think it'd be awesome if I figure out how to pull it off. Of course, in the process, I'd also put The Fall within the same package. Not having The Fall after Light Up The Night is like breathing in super deep and then not breathing out just as deeply. If I make a cover that does one of them justice, I'll be doing both~
