"Take away chairs? That would have a totally different meaning. I don't think the café would take too kindly to having their chairs taken away. 'Cheers' is a very common word in the UK. It can be used informally to say 'thank you,' to say 'bye' ('See you later!' - 'Cheers!'), or when toasting ('Cheers to a successful year!').

A true sign of a good movie or TV show is when you genuinely care about the characters. I think movies are a fantastic way to escape from busy life and unwind.

That's wonderful! To make the vocabulary stick in your memory, try using active learning. Write down two sentences for each word, for example: "I try to eschew unhealthy snacks and eat more fresh fruit" or "I’ve learnt to eschew negativity in my life and focus on positive things." Then, try to use these sentences in your daily life, even if you don’t have the opportunity to say them to someone else. You can say the sentences aloud; hearing yourself speak the words helps to reinforce the learning. Thank you for watching!
