From what I understand Judge Holden can be generously described as an old west version of the Joker without a Batman to counterbalance him or executives to censor him. Meanwhile AM is like the original rogue AI nightmare story who has surprisingly little in common with most variations of the trope. There's nothing robotic or coldly logical about him. He's more like the type of AI that actually simulates a human brain. Which is bad because that allowed him to go crazy with hatred when he realized how fucked up his existence was.

That butterfly shockwave thing Tabuu did in a couple cutscenes is actually a move he has in the battle. I think he's programmed to do it every 'x number of moves', and the number represented by x is progressively smaller on progressively higher difficulties. In the fight, the attack comes as three shockwaves. You _have_ to dodge them. Their knockback is comparable to, if not greater than the Homerun Bat. Getting hit by one is a guaranteed kill regardless of character, damage percent, or difficulty.

The cluster of orbs at the top of that long line of ethereal stairs is The Great Maze. It's the final area of Brawl's Adventure Mode, and it's a microcosm of the entire game up to that point. You have to seek out and defeat a dark version of each character in the game (except Sonic, Toon Link, Wolf, and Jigglypuff) and refight each of the seven bosses from the Adventure Mode, in order to fight Tabuu. It's really long, and many people consider it a slog, but it wasn't designed to be conquered in one session. You can certainly do so, but that has a tendency to, as some people claim, make it a slog. The Great Maze the only area in Brawl's Adventure Mode to have save points (usually you can only save on the World Map). Four of those save points are linked so that you can warp between them as you discover them. There's also a mini-map, and the door to the Tabuu fight is physically blocked by a trophy of every enemy among the above mentioned that you haven't defeated. So it's not like it'd be hard to pick the game back up after taking a break midway through The Great Maze and regain your bearings.

Someone previously said that as part of his plan to take over the World of Trophies, Tabuu controlled Master Hand to gather the villains. To add to that, King Dedede was approached as well, but he isn't actually a villain. Dedede used what he was able to learn when he was approached in order to create measures to counter Tabuu. Said measures are those gold badges in his likeness that revived Luigi, Ness, and Kirby. The name of the cutscene where the badges revive Luigi and Ness implies that the badges activate on a timer. Whether said timer starts when the badge comes into contact with a trophy, or when the badge slips into subspace is beyond me. The badge Kirby ate is the point of confusion. Like, did the timer start when Dedede put it on the princess, and the timer just didn't stop or reset when it was on the ground or inside of Kirby? I don't know.

Not sure why the cutscenes for Toon Link, Wolf, and Jigglypuff are in this video. Those cutscenes are just segues into traditional battles that unlock those characters in both the Adventure Mode roster and the main roster if you hadn't already unlocked them before. Said battles are post-game. Those three characters were added late in development, and I think the Adventure Mode was already done by the time they were added. Sonic was also added late, which is why he shows up out of nowhere at the end.

The main choice is which princess you save during the fight with Petey Piranha at the start of the game. The cutscenes that played split-screen in the video are cutscenes where the saved princess appears. The two versions of each of those cutscenes exist separately in the cutscene viewer in the game. During the fight with Petey Piranha, he doesn't have a health bar. Instead, the two cages he holds have health bars, and they're labeled 'Zelda's Cage' and 'Peach's Cage'. Attack the cages to damage them. The battle ends when one of the health bars is emptied.

Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.
