Hey, the Spen comes with few extra pins and a small tool to be able to replace these pins. It is like a small tweezers. from time to time you have to replace these tips

When you purchase a film for this Camera, the Film has already a built in battery. You do not need to do anything more Just put a brand new Film in it that is compatible with the model.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to write a comment, I have had this happen to me before, how I managed to open it was doing the following, I asked my partner to hold the button to open all the way super squeezed and holding while I put two Thumbs on top and pivoted my wrists upwards! this worked for me but I ended up finding a small piece of plastic blocking the spring of the button to open. Hope you manage to solve this issue. They are built tough don't be scared to apply pressure

Thank you for your comment, first of all this place is really a Gem. It is like a huge spaceship, service is extra ordinary and quality is top noch. the breakfast was amazing and there were a lot of nice classes you could join while your stay. Highly recommend to get a service in their Spa which is really fantastic Can not recommend enough.

At first our room was facing the street but we paid 11 euro per night more and we got the forrest hill view. The apartments are truly amazing and probably was one of the best hotel sleeps we ever had in a while
