I want to make a single bed cover with flowy border , what fabric should be used and how much (measurements)
You can use any lightweight fabric that doesn’t wrinkle a lot. Measurement depends on size of the bed. The measurement given is for a 16by16 cushion. You can calculate how much you fabric you need based on that.

Draw grid lines for 31 inches. 3 inches extra on both sides as sewing allowance when you sew the cushion cover.
