I can't fully agree on any of these from the last 20 years, but there were a couple of decent picks, like Apricot Stone and Suus.

A couple of left field choices "mata hari" for example. But most of those songs are among my favourites and kudos to you for having "Hold on be strong" as a winner. Love that song!
