Thankyou, this is very helpful. I’ve always wanted to learn how to tap dance like gene kelly..I’m just starting out, but I like the way your video is structured, very straightforward and easy to follow. I have a dance background, but tap is new to me. Anyways, I’ve already liked and subscribed, just wanted to leave a comment letting you know I really appreciate your content!

I like the steps, but it would also be nice to see the whole routine to music at the end so that I have something to practice against.

Thank you once again for sharing. I was wondering if you had any particular music to suggest for the Stella Myers routine. BTW. I have learned about 15 of the timesteps you have posted in TH-cam. I have been able to surprise my teachers more than once thanks to you.

Several of them have stopped by to watch what you are doing. Thank you again for your time and generosity in sharing your knowledge with others.

I am a beginner hoofer from Montreal, Canada and I have been at it for a year. I'm starting late - I'm 63 years old. I am making up for lost time, so I try to take three to four classes a week and I practice most days. All of my teachers are former students of Ms. Ethel Bruneau who brought Tap to Montreal from Harlem in 1953 the year I was born. With regards to your routines, they are doable, your explanations are understandable and the filming of your feet is clear. And again for this I thank you. I would like to learn the above routine and surprise my teachers. Do you have any music to suggest that would go with this choreography? Thank you. - Mark
