I have an e250 extended cab. Is that good for party bus? 😊
Get a van.
Hi I’m interested in that kind of business. Can I get your email for more information?
I run LLC
How about your auto insurance, how much you pay? I had new travel business I want to learn about it
What type of driver's license is needed to operate a party bus?
cdl
You’re talking a lot of good stuff, but you’re not saying about the money that you can make with this talk about the money you can make my boy😏
Thank you! ❤
How did you get the capital to purchase all those vehicles?
Your vids are so good, upload more pls!!
What finance company gave you title upfront
Love from atx
Please make a video how you approach business to contract our shuttle so we can make that money baby. lol
Thank you so much for all this information.
What’s your net profit average each month? And where do u find ur drivers. Im about to get into this, a video explaining how you operate the business from bookings, talking to clients, scheduling drivers would be awesome
Not enough brother lol But I can make a video on that stuff, I forget sometimes a lot of people are just getting into the business
Keep posting ! Great content for new operators
Appreciate it!
Great Video Allen , How does someone gets the jobs/reservations ? It seems like getting good clients is the hard part . How can someone easily advertise/promote their company/service ?
I’ll create a video on this!
@@_allenyangplease do!
What city or state are you in? Maybe I can give some Advice
Cool
Thanks!
"They fake, but still..." 😂
the goat lol
*I just became a bus owner myself am still in the fase of how do you get work or farm out work am trying to get steady work at the Cruise ports but am stuck on the how to get work stage would you be able to give me some tips on how i can get on work as a private Vender for client*
Definitely can. I'm finally getting back on making videos. I'll make a topic on this.. also feel free to reach out to me directly too instagram.com/_allenyyang/
Your a full beast! Wish you nothing but the best Allen
Appreciate it!!
You're dropping some dope content Dog!!
Appreciate it! More to come soon!!
do you run as s corp or llc if you are affiliating?
I think LLC is easier overall, but mainly after having a corporation you need insurance
@@_allenyang thanks for the info
I run LLC , what is the best auto insurance for travel business
Thank you, well done...you're professional.
Appreciate it brother!
Would you recommend starting with a smaller 15-passenger bus? I know insurance and regulations will be cheaper and less of a headache.
Insurance is going be near impossible to get for a vehicle over 15pax right off the bat. I recommend reaching out to a insurance broker (who specialize in limo and transportation first) i'm sorry i'm late on this response. There's a lot involved with DOT
Great video. I am planning to purchase benz passenger van. Is there any advice for me? and Is there any apps for book a job? :))
I'm sorry for getting back so late! I'll be making a video on this topic. I think a lot of people have this question
I’m so fascinated with the Sprinter’s am actually busy with such party bus business and would really like to see more of your content this is the way to go
I appreciate it! More contact on the way!!
Is it possible to start an LLC limo service with little to no capital to start with? Or better question I guess would be how much I risk investment do you think would be required?
Depends on a lot of things. You're going to need the vehicle if you're going to run a physical business. There are loans out there but interest rates are also high. + You'll need insurance, licenses, etc. We needed about 25K ish to start. But this was also almost 6 years ago
How do you get your clientele? Is there an app?? Or just words of mouth?
Sorry for the delay. I'll make a video on this. I think a lot of people have this question
@@_allenyangplease make a video on that specific area
I agree the only real con is that they changed the shifter. Overall you cant go wrong with a Chevy 👍💰🙏
Yeah the shifter ain’t great lol value is unbeatable though
I buy all my Lincoln fleet vehicles from Fred beans.
Chris Burns over there is the 🐐
I own limo company in Jersey and I see your ads everywhere on Google. I have also watched your interview with Mark. I respect the hustle, bro
Appreciate it brother! Might have to talk to Mark if our ads showing in Jersey tho…LOL. If you’re close by though we should definitely connect
I don’t know why some company’s have the word limousine in there business names but there not “limos” anymore, There vans and suvs.
I think it depends on the definition. We still have clients call us for limo service all the time referring to sedans and SUV’s. But also I think a lot of companies go from limo companies to vans and bus companies so it’s hard to change the name if there’s already brand recognition
Is it profitable to start a tourist bus business in Florida? Do you advise me to start?
I’m not sure about tour companies, they’re a bit different and are based on experiences
As an owner-operator in New York. Let me just tell you the approval odds of getting insurance are slim to none unless your willing to pay the ridiculous number they throw at you. In terms of motor coach insurance, it has become a monopoly. Those who are in the industry know exactly who I’m referring too.
Agreed
How do you get work as a owner bus operating how do you get farm out work
Yes, you're so right! Ones profit margins will be higher with executive shuttle buses like the one you're on. That's what the corporate groups want to keep everyone together and ride in luxury for conventions, dinners, etc. It's less expensive to start with a SUV or Sedan but one must start somewhere. Everyone has a different vision for where they wanna go with their black car business, but the goal should be to maximize profit and that's corporate/contract work with those type of vehicles. Good video 💯
Nailed it 👌🏼 I’ve seen very successful black car businesses with no buses too. There is no wrong answer “for the most part”
Where is a good place to purchase a party bus?
There’s a lot of Facebook groups you can join if you search it. They are hard to find right now though
@@_allenyang your replies are vague and very UNHELPFUL why did you mae this video then if you are so discouraging?
I have a xt6. How should I get my chauffeur business going
There’s a ton of things you can do, but most importantly I would say join your local association, and Facebook groups and learn as much as you can. Do what they do
You in cali? I was wondering Are the black trucks as busy as the sprinters ?
Opposite side of the country actually lol The trucks stay busier - margins are lower on them though. Although maybe not now because depending on the sprinter, they’re upwards of $200k Every market is a bit different
Damn I been looking high and low for someone that’s started out in the limo industry recently. I’m thinking about getting a Escalade and working it and building my clientele, I just had my LlC and my business account set up, do you think it’s possible to get that vehicle under the business? Or It would have to go under my social first
For your first vehicle, chances are you’re going to have to co sign OR at least guarantee it with your name Guarantee means it won’t be on your credit - but there are very few financing companies that we’ve found that write without personal guarantee except ally financial
@@_allenyangECLS Limousine in Los Angeles is owned by Organized Crime and is currently Frauding the Treasury for Trillions of Dollars
I love your videos when can we expect more
Been so busy recently, but as soon as it’s warm again again I’m going to make some more. I’ve been slacking on the videos
Nice content bro 👍 would you also give some insight to how to get clients at the very beginning of your business startup? TIA
Absolutely! Learn as much as you can. Join your local limousine association if you can and get linked up with other operators in your area. And take care of all your basics! Website, socials, marketing, emails. Then go after sales
To add think about the different customers you’re going after and go after them: Affiliates - in general other companies have overflow work and are always looking for reliable operators that can help out Brokers - if you’re just starting out there are a lot of broker platforms. They have poor rates on them, but if you’re just starting out, it can help add filler work while you’re growing your base Retail clients - make sure you have a good website, google maps profile is updated and all your ducks are in a row when it comes to answering your phones and being professional and having your rates. The SEO will take some time but you may be able to start testing with some google ads, I wouldn’t spend a whole lot of money at first because the spend can quickly outpace how much you make, but if you keep in mind some customers you get will buy again will help shift your perspective. Hope that helps👌🏼
Love the content, I would love to see a video on how to market a limo business
Definitely will once I get back on the video grind! LimoMarketer has some good content though in the mean time
i give up suv is good for me
SUV’s are great
You need a dot number to have a sprinter limo
Correct. Especially if you’re going over state lines
It’s anything over 8 passengers
I love how young you are , I just graduated high school and it is really inspiring. I would like to know how you began your business
Appreciate it! Partially being obsessed with business and always looking for opportunities, and partially luck. Picking a thing has always been hard, so having someone else see the opportunity in something, and me applying things I learned helped a lot
Awesome video Allen!
I’m subscribed, now more content please😂, good job!!!
