Great video!
i'm suprised at how little change there was, the only thing i could notice was your face is is little more defined, crazy dedication to stick to it though.

So sick dude. I just signed up for my first ever marathon that’s taking place in 7 weeks and I was a bit nervous. However, seeing you do it in 30 days was big confidence booster. I appreciate you.
@@rafaelpaulino7733 that’s awesome man! You can do it, just one step at a time no matter what happens!
I'm posting here because you've prevented comments on your Balingup video. The mind-altering mushrooms found outside the town aren't WA native species, they were imported from northern NSW, the Nimbin area. Same species as people there consume for the trippy results. Jayes Road heading east out of Balingup was always a good spot for finding the 'magic' species, altho it's lined with houses. Yes, walking trails around the town are good for finding them. The Bibbulmun Track and Balingup's arboretum, too. (pine trees). Cops do patrol the tiny town reasonably frequently, so be careful. On the bright side, three youth I know were busted with 'magic' mushies in their possession. The cops gave them a small escape- telling them they'd charge one but not the other 2. So they rock-paper-scissored it and the loser was charged and convicted.
Awesome
Disliked stupid ass video
your supposed to start out with 20% of your body weight. rucking improves posture, development in your upper back and traps and it challenges you mentally. your leaning forward a lot which isn’t doing a lot for you besides increasing endurance
@@user-ex4mk4ql3p obviously I didn’t go from zero rucking to 100lbs, I’ve been doing this for a few years
this has full Montenegro Zipline Vibes
exactly how i felt
When you going on the show alone?
i'll apply for next season, i'll at least be able to survive 3 days
Dude this is insane! 100% doing this! Ive got my next adventure booked, headed to papua new guinea in September!
That's awesome man, that will be an incredible trip
Thought this was b.s but then I saw your doing PROPER push ups
@@JohnSmith-id4sc as proper as I can!
what an incredible place, this is what i need to be doing in the future
@@LoganGilbride I hope you can experience it one day!
Looks like alot of fun to be honest, also mad man in SHORTS IS WILD
@@Great4554 shorts and rubber boots are a great combo
I’d prefix this one with caution. Not everyone can handle this volume , and if not properly rested or poor form due to fatigue, then shoulder injuries are guaranteed. That being said, I am going to give it a try 😂 will probably need a few days rest per week though. Cheers.
@@B1g_Salad you can do it. The mind can force the body to adapt
Just insane looking over that edge

I see a lot of differences on your pictures. You got way leaner and you are way more defined.
@@lexilunke525 yeah I think the progress was pretty great considering my weight barely changed
Looks like you were lucky not to come into grief on that hike with the weather conditions and those steep terrains
@@craig5147 yes we got fairly lucky with the weather! Rain could’ve started a lot earlier
Refueling gas in what looked like a sandstorm is wild lol
@@Great4554 haha yeah that really came out of nowhere
i can tell slight changes in the shoulders too, how many hours avg did you ruck per day?
@@ComedyCentur average was probably around 45min a day. But tough to see visible changes in 30 days with any training program without significant weight loss. Overall I was thrilled with results
Great video bro, hope your Europe trip went well. So did you climb the Mont Blanc ?
@@jeanpaulkassdale Europe went great but unfortunately didn’t make it to Mont Blanc. We decided to go for Kilimanjaro instead. That’s coming up in September. I’ve been back on the ruck preparing for it
That looks like an amazing experience
Truly great content! I would say this is your best video so far. I can really see how your editing and filmography skills improve with every video. P.S. I personally enjoy 20-45 minute content more than the 15-minute ones. I'm willing to wait longer between videos.
@@TeraMatis cheers man! I’m glad you enjoy. I also doing and filming these longer adventures. Hope to make many more in the future
I have been waiting for a new video. Great content as always.
@@ufgang9136 new vid every weekend! Glad you enjoyed

@@morettithanyou always adventuring. Thanks for watching
Sums up survival in Australia: Be near a water source or you're screwed. Curious where you were that's getting to 30C this time of year? I live amongst a large pine forestry area. Lots of wild mushrooms in autumn/winter, but it's much cooler here.
@@dmtaboo_truth7052 this was filmed many month ago haha, I originally made 2 videos out of it but I thought I could trim it up and make one big video with the footage. I definitely could’ve used some mushrooms during this trip since I kinda over did it on the black berries
So you never rest ,not even one or two days a week to recover
@@marinblazevic1559 I rest when I sleep brother
@@aventuraaustralia yeahh Brother 🤙
Get'em hookd. 💪🤙
Hook ‘em and cook em
Dude this looks like an amazing experience! Definitely on my to do list now! Would you say knowing spanish is a must? I dont speak a lick of it.
For this specific tour it definitely helped, however there are tons of other excursions all over Colombia that ave English speaking guides. You could probably even do this one if you’re okay with not knowing all the details 😅
Que hermosisima experiencia ❤❤❤❤❤❤ gracias por compartir chicos ⭐️⭐️⭐️
That’s really cool but I have a question for you shoulder pain what did you lower the volume to?
Just took a couple days doing 150-300
Ok i know there is probably some other difference but cassien is the primary protein in milk and whey is a byproduct of cheese making meaning its from the milk so what is the difference.
Would've been a great day for everyone! If you've never been you should have a look around the central coast nsw, Brisbane Water in particular! We are out on the boat every second weekend, always fish to be caught!
I’ve been out there once but didn’t get a chance to fish, the water looked amazing so definitely keen to go back
Few nice places to go beach fishing but can hire a boat for the day relatively cheap in Booker Bay/Kincumber. Would recommend a thousand times over. Keep up the great stuff dude
@@abusenumb1061 cheers man! i will keep that in mind!
Looked a great day out 👍
It was a blast!
💯 🔥 🤘
who makes them?
These ones are custom!
Wow
Cool trip with interesting increase in difficulty, fun but risky, well done 😎🤙
We had a blast!
Beautiful there, what time of year did you go, that looks like fall maybe. I live on the Alberta/Saskatchewan border. That trail looks worth the trip.
Went during December, definitely worth the trip! I’m also from that area
You don’t like your coffee very dark do you?
Depends on the day!
Dude, that was amazing!
Thanks for watching 🙂
Wow, that looks like an amazing adventure! Must have been such a rush to do the 150 feet descent. Did you do training before this? Or did the instructors just tell you what to do?
Pretty much just learned as they were strapping me in lol, that definitely added to the adrenaline rush. I’ve done a bit of rock climbing before so I understand the general idea but it was a much different set up. 150m vertical is way more than I imagined it would be 😅😅
You're becoming a true Aussie, wearing shorts in the most inappropriate places
True, i definitely get a lot of weird looks around here
That is insane brother
I started watching this after watching before death, I have question. Your voice for narration only comes across the left channel with occasional popping sounds on the right. Great scenery looks amazing.
Thanks for watching! I don't have my mic with me so im making due with my phone at the moment and it's not the best. Hopefully will get a new mic soon
@@aventuraaustralia You might be able to 'fix' the mono audio (without a new mic) by doubling the phone mic audio and mixing/panning it to the right channel (in your editing software) for a stereo sound on the voice over.
@@madmilla thanks for that, I’ll look into it
