In addition to her book, The Serving Mindset: Stop Selling and Grow Your Business, she is the creator of several leadership & advancement courses. Learn more at www.farnooshbrock.com

    2 major points I've self-reflected upon before watching the poster's response (and we can use the CSAF framework)- 1. Proactive rather than reactive nature payoff- intensive documentation to follow in your absence, noted at every stage of the SDLC rather than right before any vacations 2. No one man is too important- servitude leadership benefits the team that is used to autonomy and self reliance Always make sure to highlight the Team, Product and User's needs; include a takeaway segment for self- development Edit: Mental Health of your employees is INCREDIBLY important too. If they need you in case of emergencies, they should always reach out. Especially the newbies

    One thing I always wondered about which Geoff can speak to with his experience. Why did he think big companies like Apple and Google not buy Pandora? I really liked their algorithm. Or did they think they could do it better? In his opinion.

    The costumer ! What you handle , and stow makes you very disturbed ! The majority of the costumers are insane ! Nothing but trash cheap neurotic and just plain sick material games sex toys , narcissistic and just plain worthless merchandise , and Amazon exploits this fact to generate $$$ and trains its managers to brainwash those that work !

  • @gilbertlujan1220
    @gilbertlujan1220 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The Amazon I work at has some of the laziest dumb ass PA,s and manifests ! That just want to push the ones that work hard as they can They also labor share which is just exploiting as much as they can costumers Ate important , but but not at the expensive of using them , to preform many functions with out pay , where the managers don’t ask of work with the ones that do all the hard work but they sure want more money for themselves ! Profit over people is the game there ‘the young don’t want to work they only want the big paying positions with out earning it especially right out of school , there dumb no life experience at all they want the older people and the imagrants to all the work ! Leadership is really nothing more the learning how to force and push the exploitative narrative Leadership …. Yah , right !🤔

    I disagree with Jeff on this. There’s a ton of advice on being successful by working on your manager’s most important problems or helping them with those problems or at least one of them. So by asking what’s the most important thing for the hiring manager is important to cut through the noise and focus on that single problem and get clarity.
