No it will not affect the warranty as the bulbs do not exceed wattage that of stock bulbs. Stock bulbs are 60/55watts and these bulbs are 50 watts. Also there is no wire cutting, its a coupler to coupler fitting

Yes this same bulb will work as high beam and low beam. Model is HB3 9005, link in there in the description. Buy the one which says high beam bulbs

I will not recommend azom bulbs, blaupunkt is good but they get fan noise issue after some time. High beam or low beam bulb element is the same, just the holder adapter is different.
