Sadly China dictates the end of use of all combustion cars worldwide. Its not about the environment....Chinas boss Darth Xi told most politicians that they wont do any business with underdeveloped countries that still allow CO2 emitting traffic, aircrafts, ships or combustion based industry after 2030...I am sure USA and UK also will be forced by China to 100% electric traffic because today no industrialized country can afford sanctions by China.... China just rules the world...:-(/

Great Video, really captures the essence of the event. I was back there again, this year racing in an MR2 Roadster (#69), did the opening 40mins before a fuse blew and another few laps around lap 60. Onboards on my channel, some of you fellas might be in them.

I had it transcoded from the VHS tape that my (late) grandparents bought. Then I stuck all the captions on with the help of the UKC Alumni department who sent me a scanned copy of the original programme. If you give me an e-mail address I can wetransfer the original file to you.

Wiesmann GT pace car is nice, but it's great to see the Moggie with its vertical windscreen and lol headlights and grille leading the pack

Cool. We came to the conclusion that Autocross required rather more mechanical nous than we have, so we're going to stick to sprinting. Pity, as it looks fun on the loose stuff.
